Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate for their Insurance Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows for insurance applications and rosters
• Design and execute complex analyses to support decision-making across departments
• Own and monitor metrics to track the health of Insurance Operations and identify process issues

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced command of SQL
• Experience with automation tools such as HubSpot, Zapier, JavaScript, or Python is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to identify business challenges and recommend solutions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
• Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables
