Job Summary

A company is looking for a Draws Administrator to support the lifecycle of residential real estate renovation and construction loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Review borrower draw submissions for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate third-party inspections to verify construction progress
• Log and track all draw activity in internal systems while ensuring compliance with documentation standards

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in loan servicing, construction finance, or real estate administration
• Understanding of the construction draw process or residential renovation financing
• Experience working with CRM or loan servicing platforms
• Familiarity with lien waivers and inspection coordination
• Experience in a fintech company or real estate lending preferred
