Enrollment Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and manage customer electronic enrollment files and routine file processing
• Conduct end-to-end testing of new and changed electronic enrollment feeds and document results
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding EDI files and monitor file processing compliance

Required Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related experience
• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and enrollment/eligibility file mapping preferred
• Direct client interface experience required
• Familiarity with inbound electronic enrollment files, such as 5010 HIPAA 834 Enrollment Files preferred
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Ultra editor, Microsoft Access, and EDI Gateways/Mapping Software
