Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to Group leaders within the Advisor Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including email and calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense report submissions
- Collaborate with others in the Advisor Group to manage leader calendars and office management processes
- Prepare meeting agendas, maintain meeting notes, and manage logistics for local meetings
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative experience preferred
- College or two-year degree from business or vocational school preferred
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain the highest ethical, confidential, and professional standards
