Texas Licensed Loan Processing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processing Manager in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to Loan Processing staff
• Coordinate and manage workload and workflow for Loan Processors
• Ensure compliance with company standards and manage pipeline activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of loan processing experience; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• 2+ years of recent management or supervisory experience
• Experience processing Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans
• Familiarity with Byte or similar Loan Origination System required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 30% as needed
