Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage outbound freight to meet customer delivery demands and corporate sales targets
• Maintain professional relationships with carriers and customers through consistent communication
• Monitor and update the Transportation Management System (TMS) and resolve product supply issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and logistics support in a relevant environment
• Experience with scheduling and tracking outbound/inbound loads
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or similar software
• Ability to work remotely, with preference for candidates local to Davenport, IA
