Director of Client Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees operations management of multiple employer worksites, focusing on client satisfaction and performance improvement
• Leads strategic initiatives, manages client relationships, and coordinates communication across virtual sites
• Provides leadership and mentorship to Health Center Leadership staff and manages a portfolio of health centers and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a business environment or related industry, with a focus on managing others
• Experience managing virtual teams and operations in a healthcare environment preferred
• Prior budget and P&L responsibility desired
• Demonstrated experience with medical information management systems and process management
