Operations Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Center Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance, responding to urgent alerts and exceptions
• Investigate and troubleshoot delivery failures and related production issues
• Participate in an on-call rotation and manage production incident escalations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operations experience with large-scale, high-availability distributed systems in the healthcare space
• Application/Platform production support experience
• Proficiency in SQL/Oracle and UNIX
• Understanding of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Shell Script
• Experience with Batch/Scheduled job execution and troubleshooting
