A company is looking for an Asset Administration, Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update client account information, including monthly valuation data and asset status
- Identify and assess client submissions to ensure compliance
- Maintain records of client submissions and process requests according to company procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts and qualified plans
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and resourceful with a focus on process improvements
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods in a remote setting
