Job Summary

A company is looking for an Asset Administration, Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and update client account information, including monthly valuation data and asset status
  • Identify and assess client submissions to ensure compliance
  • Maintain records of client submissions and process requests according to company procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts and qualified plans
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with a focus on process improvements
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods in a remote setting
