Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claims Continuous Improvement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, plan, and implement projects by analyzing project scope and objectives
- Analyze existing process workflows to identify inefficiencies and conduct root cause analysis of process failures
- Generate detailed reports and presentations on process performance and monitor effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs)
Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge (5+ years) of property claims processes, including FNOL and settlement
- Proficiency in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and measure performance
- Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams and lead discussions
- Strong understanding of how Claims fits into the company's strategic vision
- Demonstrated ability to deliver upon deadlines while managing competing priorities
