Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of onboarding and training programs
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies in training content and operational workflows
- Facilitate training webinars and maintain enablement content in relevant platforms
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an operations, training, or customer-facing role
- In-depth knowledge of systems, programs, and processes (preferred)
- Experience using content management tools like Highspot and Zendesk
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and willingness to handle support interactions
- Enthusiasm for process improvement and eagerness to learn enablement methodologies
