Claims Optimization Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Optimization Program Manager responsible for overseeing and improving processes within the property claims organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and document business requirements for the claims management process
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance of the claims management process
• Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the claims management process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certifications a plus
• 7 - 10 years of proven experience in program management and claims adjusting, specifically with property claims
• Strong understanding of best practices and data associated with claims management process outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize processes for increased efficiency and accuracy
• Able to perform work with limited supervision while managing daily workflow and project assignments
