Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations- Security Oversight and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for Business Operations across InfoSec, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
• Create and maintain a culture of trust and collaboration while developing a high-performing, diverse team
• Oversee project management, budget, procurement, and vendor operations, ensuring accountability and measurable results

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years managing operational teams, with experience in leading multiple teams
• Proven experience in a corporate management role with a successful track record
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning and budget management
• Solid understanding of business operations and project management methodologies
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred
