General Contractor Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Contractor - Trade Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical and subject matter expert in general construction for the department
• Review vendor quotes to ensure appropriate scope and pricing of work
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors to address operational needs

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the general contracting/general building field
• Experience in Facility Management or as a General Contractor, preferably in residential properties
• Knowledge of renovations, whole roof replacements, and new build outs
• Familiarity with remediation issues such as water, fire, mold, and smoke damage
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
