Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensing Specialist to support licensing operations during a high-volume period.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the credentialing process for contracted providers in compliance with laws and company standards
• Maintain accurate electronic files and track expirations of licenses and registrations
• Communicate with providers and regulatory bodies to ensure timely renewals and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare licensing and credentialing
• Familiarity with DEA and CDS application/renewal processes
• Knowledge of credentialing software, preferably Modio Health
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic Excel functions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
