Director of Field Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of New Homes Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with new roofers/installers and onboard contractors
• Establish project tracking standards, QC expectations, and safety requirements
• Lead solar field managers and oversee remote and field activations for timely system activations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field with 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years in residential new homes construction or solar development
• Strong understanding of building and regional codes
• Deep knowledge of the homebuilding and solar industry market dynamics
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans collaboratively
• Highly motivated with strong leadership and team management skills
