A company is looking for a GTM Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Build insightful, actionable reporting and dashboards for GTM metrics
- Own and optimize GTM systems, including Salesforce and Gong
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive operational efficiency and support growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, or Sales Ops in a high-growth startup
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience; certification is a plus
- Strong background in project management and process design/redesign
- Deep expertise in renewal deal management and deal desk workflows
- Experience with territory planning and variable compensation
