Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with vendors to assign and follow up on service requests, ensuring quality and accountability
  • Receive and manage work orders from residents, providing accurate responses and resolving complaints
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of property management experience is a plus
  • Experience with maintenance metrics and customer relationship management systems
  • General to strong maintenance acumen
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
