Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage service jobs to ensure timely resolution of resident requests
- Interact with vendors to assign and follow up on service requests, ensuring quality and accountability
- Receive and manage work orders from residents, providing accurate responses and resolving complaints
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of property management experience is a plus
- Experience with maintenance metrics and customer relationship management systems
- General to strong maintenance acumen
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
