Job Summary
A company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in driving key initiatives and managing high-priority projects
- Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and the executive team, and prepare reports and presentations
- Organize leadership meetings, manage complex calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree is preferred, with at least 10 years of experience supporting senior-level executives
- Professional maturity and experience in a corporate environment, with a proven ability to interact with senior management
- Outstanding administrative and organizational skills, with a proactive mindset and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, capable of building relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office applications and possess strong written communication skills
