Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Associate II, Provider Core Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and triage bugs and technical issues across all systems in partnership with technical teams and clinical programs
- Support new product/program implementations by drafting user guides, communication plans, and training efforts
- Collaborate with teams to implement systems changes that enhance efficiency for providers and internal teams
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, implementation, customer success, or a similar role
- Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM, CMS, LMS, or ticketing systems like Zendesk and Salesforce
- Detail-oriented with a systems mindset, capable of connecting dots and resolving issues
- Bonus: Experience working with engineering, IT, or product teams
