Resource Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Manager to manage schedules for its billable resource team and ensure appropriate resource assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage resource scheduling across multiple projects based on skillset and experience
• Support resource intake from Client Delivery and Sales Teams in a timely manner
• Mitigate resource concerns by reallocating resources and adjusting goals as necessary

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of resource management experience or similar experience
• Demonstrated effective leadership and organizational skills
• General PC knowledge
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and FinancialForce PSA is preferred
