Chief of Staff

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NRS Chief of Staff to oversee operational strategies for their Finance & Reimbursement Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project operations to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Oversee and execute Salesforce updates to enhance system capabilities and user experience
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new team members to improve the onboarding experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within an operations-focused role
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce or CRM and experience in managing system updates
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) and Smartsheet are nice to have
