- Manage the Government Programs Operations team shared Outlook mailbox and Salesforce queues, ensuring timely responses and case completion
- Maintain an organized filing system for department documents and capture meeting notes for team meetings
- Create and manage internal job aids and workflows while assisting with various Government Programs Operations initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an equivalent role
- High school diploma required
- Experience in high-growth, startup environments is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
