Franchise Launch Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Launch Manager to support new franchisees in launching their publications.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new franchisees to establish a foundation for success
• Coach new franchisees on training preparation and provide guidance for a strong launch
• Conduct regular coaching calls with pre-placement Area Directors to enhance their sales activities

Required Qualifications

• Experience launching at least one publication as a pre-placement Area Director (ppAD)
• Demonstrated leadership or coaching experience
• Proven ability to motivate and hold others accountable for results
• Familiarity with basic technology tools, including Google Workspace and CRM/ATS platforms
• Preference for candidates with multiple launches during their career
