Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the global supply chain transformation roadmap focusing on procurement, supply chain planning, and distribution
• Own the global value engineering and optimization program to achieve cost savings and capability improvements
• Directly manage a team of global value chain leaders, providing coaching and performance management

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or strategy roles
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable results
• Strong leadership experience with direct people management
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across various areas
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
