Key Responsibilities
- Manage medical education staff and oversee performance reviews and staff development
- Oversee financial operations, including budget management and cost savings implementation
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and offboarding processes for new employees
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 5 years of relevant administrative experience, including budget and staff management
- Experience in a medical education setting or higher education institution
- Familiarity with relevant programs and software such as Workday and Anaplan
- Demonstrated experience in human resources management
