Senior Director of Business Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Systems, responsible for leading Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable Lean Operating System aligned with strategic goals
• Develop and execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy across the organization
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and inform strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operational excellence or process improvement, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent preferred
• Current or prior experience on the real estate team is preferred
