Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless closing experience and meet service level agreements
• Engage in communication to resolve issues during the closing process and enhance operational efficiency
• Support urgent closing requests and ensure compliance with investor delivery standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the mortgage industry
• Familiarity with TILA-RESPA integrated disclosures (TRID) regulations
• Understanding of various loan programs, including Conventional, Government, Jumbo, and Non-QM
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficient in mortgage loan operating software and Microsoft Office suite
