Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Logistics Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to daily escalations related to shipments and fulfillment exceptions
• Communicate with logistics and warehousing partners to coordinate resolutions and updates
• Track and report shipment statuses and fulfillment metrics using standard reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination or shipping operations
• Experience working with transportation providers and vendor portals
• Familiarity with ERP systems and shipment tracking tools
• Ability to work across time zones with regional teams and external partners
