Required Qualifications
- High School diploma and 10 years of experience, with potential supervisory or lead experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- 5 years' experience working with government clients in operational oversight or service delivery roles
- Experience with telecom billing systems and ability to audit large-scale invoices
- Familiarity with change orders, MACDs, and SLA impacts
