Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager (Consultant) to support clients in improving and executing core operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and track purchase orders, shipping, and fulfillment with a focus on timeliness
- Serve as an advisor to clients, identifying operational inefficiencies and offering practical solutions
- Mentor and train client-side employees on operational processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or business systems roles
- Proven ability to work with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Deep understanding of inventory bills of materials (BOMs)
- Demonstrated success in training and mentoring others in operational contexts
- Strong project management and organizational skills
