A company is looking for an Application Specialist Manager to lead a team in processing homeowner investment applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Application Specialists to ensure adherence to processing procedures and improve work quality
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with various internal teams to enhance collaboration
• Train and mentor team members to achieve performance metrics related to cycle time and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a mortgage loan processor or similar, with at least one year in a management role
• Ability to motivate and develop a team while managing performance expectations
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Strong computer skills, with experience in Salesforce preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment is a plus
