Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Member Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day logistics of care management programs
• Support implementation efforts for new partner contracts and operational improvements
• Analyze member data to identify workflow efficiencies and track key operational metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, health tech, or a high-growth start-up environment
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with business intelligence tools and EMR/CRM systems is a plus
• Fast learner of new technologies
