Key Responsibilities

• Builds, manages, and owns workforce management strategy and execution for claims
• Develops staffing model strategies based on trends and forecasts to optimize support models
• Drives cross-functional improvements in processing times and supports daily inventory management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree in business administration or analytical field preferred
• 7+ years of professional level experience, including strategy development and process improvements
• Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring and performance management
• Claims capacity planning experience highly preferred
