Key Responsibilities
- Builds, manages, and owns workforce management strategy and execution for claims
- Develops staffing model strategies based on trends and forecasts to optimize support models
- Drives cross-functional improvements in processing times and supports daily inventory management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Master's Degree in business administration or analytical field preferred
- 7+ years of professional level experience, including strategy development and process improvements
- Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring and performance management
- Claims capacity planning experience highly preferred
