Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain standard quality audit processes
• Conduct monthly team meetings and performance reviews for direct reports
• Train new employees and maintain the department training manual

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Medical Insurance Follow Up/insurance collections experience required
• Supervisory or management experience in a healthcare environment
• Healthcare RCM background preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
