Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to support the management and processing of customer and third-party contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support team by receiving daily production assignments and creating documents using form templates
- Manage data entry and conduct quality control on documents and workflows
- Investigate and resolve issues throughout the lifecycle of contracts and assist with reporting
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business management or operations management preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Understanding of deregulated retail electricity or natural gas markets is preferred
