Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations for a team of 30-40 medical coders
• Develops procedures to enhance departmental accuracy and efficiency
• Analyzes productivity and implements solutions to improve performance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in an Operations / Production environment
• Experience as a team lead, manager, or mentor/trainer/coach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
