Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Health Benefit Ratio Value Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of the claims area, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage claims inventory, prioritize work volumes, and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex claims and prepare reports and analysis to drive operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 2+ years of experience in the health insurance industry or claims processing
• Previous supervisory experience with defined outcomes is required
• Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and/or Medicare preferred
