Key Responsibilities

- Manage participant rosters, track registration, and assist in session planning
- Compile metrics and data for reporting, including contributions to the L& OE Data Book
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support roles focused on office functions and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Workday for virtual meetings
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with creating training materials and metric reporting
