Series 7 Licensed Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate to support Brokerage Operations functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre and post trade processing for all security products traded by partner clients
• Establish positions in the internal system and custodians, and respond to partner inquiries
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose enhancements for future business initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Industry expertise in Broker dealers, Brokerage Operations, and Trade Support
• Experience with broker dealer build-outs and understanding of trade flows
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, high-pressure environment
• Series 7 or 99 License required
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and familiarity with OMS and front-end trading systems
