A company is looking for a Manager, Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple Service Delivery associates on a daily basis
- Execute action plans to enhance operational and metric performance
- Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports for client executives
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of operational hospital experience
- Preferred background in coding, billing, and/or follow-up
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans for service delivery improvement
- Experience in analyzing complex situations and making sound decisions
