Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director - Revenue Cycle Optimization (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee process optimization for all areas of the revenue cycle to achieve best practice automation and technology standardization
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage strategic process development in collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for operational changes to enhance revenue cycle efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
• Eight (8) + years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle management
• Strong background in process improvement and technological innovation within revenue cycle environments
• Experience leading and managing teams through strategic initiatives in healthcare organizations
• Proven ability to assess and monitor team performance and capacity effectively
