- Own content creation from start to finish, including gathering input and driving timelines
- Monitor and support knowledge improvement through gap analysis and feedback gathering
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Library Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, technical writing, or a related field
- Experience with standard documentation and change management tools such as Jira
- Familiarity with operational processes in a fast-paced environment, especially in consumer banking or financial services
- Self-motivation and results-orientation
