Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Specialist to assist Client Directors in enhancing customer satisfaction and Gross Profit Margin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the transaction lifecycle from quote to cash, coordinating internal support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Review and maintain pipeline and forecast with Client Directors, scheduling regular meetings to update Salesforce.com
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, addressing questions and providing timely solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • 2-3 years of Sales Support experience preferred, ideally in the Technology industry
  • Ability to analyze client needs and connect them to company offerings
  • Experience in a high volume, fast-paced sales environment is required
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
