Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multi Functional Manufacturing Sr Manager Level 6.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Center and Outer Wing Assembly for the C130J Program
• Oversee a team of 150 employees, including 15 salaried staff and over 130 artisans/mechanics
• Manage culture, safety, quality, cost, and schedule obligations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or production environments
• Proven track record in managing large teams and complex projects
• Background in defense and aerospace manufacturing preferred
• Strong understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
