Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior GTM Excellence Operations Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage planning and execution of internal projects and cross-functional initiatives to enhance GTM productivity
• Drive the internal operating rhythm of the GTM Excellence team, ensuring accountability and facilitating retrospectives
• Coordinate change management and communications strategies for new offerings and process updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, business operations, or GTM operations roles
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and familiarity with project management tools and GTM platforms
• Experience with AI tools or platforms and interest in AI-driven productivity
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
