Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP/VP of Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across inventory, fulfillment, and shipping to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement
• Develop and manage relationships with fulfillment partners and carriers to enhance cost efficiency, speed, and reliability
• Lead the reverse logistics program, focusing on customer experience while maintaining margin and operational simplicity

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in supply chain leadership roles within high-growth eCommerce or B2B retail organizations
• Extensive experience with complex inventory networks and dynamic fulfillment models
• Expertise in small parcel and freight shipping operations, including contract negotiation and performance management
• Strong understanding of reverse logistics and post-purchase experience optimization
• Proven ability in process transformation and team building at scale
