Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Operations to lead and optimize its commercial lifecycle in a high-growth healthcare business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and optimize the full commercial lifecycle, including sales process design and member marketing campaigns
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce and associated tools for efficient workflows
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance across commercial functions
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in commercial operations, business operations, or strategy
- Experience building and scaling commercial systems in a growth-stage B2B or B2B2C company, preferably in healthcare
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and experience with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, or Marketo/Pardot is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from strategy through execution
