Job Summary
A company is looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee catalog management and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily catalog updates, content changes, and product launches
- Execute promotions setup, coupon codes, QA, and site content updates
- Own escalation processes for order issues and serve as a liaison for customer support workflows
Required Qualifications:
- 2-6+ years in eCommerce operations, merchandising operations, or digital content management
- Deep experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, etc.)
- Familiarity with customer service escalation flows and returns/RMA best practices is a plus
