Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant I to support the Administrative Team's functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming invoices, receipts, and other paperwork
- Assist with uploading and approving incoming purchase orders and preparing invoices in Quickbooks Online
- Maintain customer information and assist with special events and projects as required
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree required
- Prior experience with administrative tasks preferred but not essential
- Strong familiarity with MS Word and Excel required
- Prior experience with Quickbooks Online preferred but not essential
- Scientific curiosity strongly valued
